Hirudoid Soft Ointment 0.3% is an ointment that prevents dry skin and improves blood circulation.
In addition to its moisturizing effects, it also improves blood circulation.

Hirudoid Soft Ointment 0.3% is a water-in-oil type that is mainly composed of oil with water contained within.
As it is mainly composed of oil, it has a high emollient effect that prevents moisture from evaporating from the skin, and is characterized by its low irritation to the skin.

Efficacy / effectiveness

Eliminates dry skin (has a moisturizing effect). Also relieves pain and swelling (improves blood circulation).
It is usually used to treat dry skin (seborrheic dermatitis), chapped hands, chilblains, keloids, and scars (hypertrophic scars).

Dosing / Administration

• In general, apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once or several times a day, or spread it on gauze and apply it. Be sure to follow the instructions for use.
• Do not apply it to areas with sore skin or wounds.
• If you forget to apply, apply the next dose when you remember. Do not apply two doses at once.
• If you accidentally apply too much, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not stop using this medicine unless advised by your doctor.

Precautions / Side Effects

• You have previously had allergic reactions such as itching or a rash from medicine or food. If you have hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, or a disease that makes you easily bruise (purpura). Even slight bleeding can have serious consequences (using this medicine may make it harder for bleeding to stop).
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• If you are taking any other medicines (please be careful of any other over-the-counter medicines or foods you are taking, as they may strengthen or weaken each other’s effects).

The most commonly reported side effects include dermatitis, itchiness, redness of the skin, rash, flushing, skin irritation, and bruising due to subcutaneous bleeding (purpura). If you notice any of these symptoms, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
