TSUMURA 112 Choreitogoshimotsuto is a Japanese Kampo formula that combines TSUMURA 040 Choreito and TSUMURA 071 Shimotsuto. It is often chosen by people who find that TSUMURA 040 Choreito alone is not sufficiently effective.
This medicine is commonly used when urinary problems are accompanied by blood in the urine, or in people who have poor urine flow and a tendency toward dryness. It is intended for those with relatively strong digestive function and overall vitality, and is considered effective for urinary issues in people who are somewhat anemic and prone to dryness.
Efficacy / effectiveness
It is used to treat dysuria, pain in urination, feeling of incontinence, and frequent urination.
It is usually used for people with dry skin, poor color and no gastrointestinal disorders.
Dosing / Administration
- In general, for adults, take 7.5 g a day orally in 2 or 3 divided doses with cold or lukewarm water before or between meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to your age, body weight and symptoms. Strictly follow your instructions.
- If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if the next dose is within two hours, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. You should not take two doses at one time.
- If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include loss of appetite, gastric discomfort, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
