095 TSUMURA Gokoto Extract Granules ease breathing by dilating the bronchi and making it easier to expectorate sputum. This prescription is suitable for people with relatively strong physical strength.
Efficacy / effectiveness
It is usually used to treat cough and bronchial asthma.
Used when there is a sensation of heat, sweating with dry mouth, and symptoms such as a dry cough or wheezing.
Dosing / Administration
- In general, for adults, take 1 capsule (1 mg of ketotifen) at a time, twice daily, after breakfast and before bedtime. The dosage should be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
- If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible. However, if it is 5 hours or less before the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
- If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Precautions / Side Effects
- If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
- If you have or have a history of cardiac disorders such as angina pectoris and myocardial infarction.
- If you have hyperthyroidism.
- If you have severe hypertension.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include insomnia, excessive sweating, tachycardia, palpitations, body dullness, excitation, loss of appetite, gastric discomfort, nausea, vomiting, loose stool, diarrhea and urinary disorder. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
In rare cases, the following symptoms may occur and may be early symptoms of the side effects shown in [ ].
If any of these occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately.
- Decreased urine output, swelling of the face and limbs, heavy eyelids, stiffness of the hands [pseudohyperaldosteronism]
- My body feels tired and I can’t put any strength in my limbs, my limbs twitch, my limbs feel numb [myopathy]
