Efficacy / effectiveness
Lowers fats (cholesterol and neutral fats) in the blood. It prevents blood from forming clots and from adhering to the walls of blood vessels. Maintains blood vessel elasticity.
It is usually used to improve ulcers, pain, and cold sensation associated with arteriosclerosis obliterans, and to treat hyperlipidemia.
Dosing / Administration
- Ulcers, pain, and cold sensation associated with arteriosclerosis obliterans: In general, adults take 600 mg of the active ingredient three times a day immediately after meals, but the dosage may be increased or decreased depending on age and symptoms. This drug is a preparation containing 900 mg per packet.
Hyperlipidemia: In general, adults take one packet (900 mg of the active ingredient) twice a day, or 600 mg of the active ingredient three times a day immediately after meals, but if triglyceride levels are abnormal, the dosage may be increased to 900 mg per packet, three times a day, as necessary.
In any case, be sure to follow the instructions for taking the drug. - Taking this medicine on an empty stomach reduces absorption, so take it immediately after a meal.
- Do not transfer this drug to your hands; put it directly into your mouth from the bag. Because it is a soft capsule, chewing it will release the oily main ingredient, so take it without chewing.
- When opening, open the capsule gently with the cut side facing up (be careful not to spill the medicine out and take out all of it).
- Do not mix this medication with hot water or other warm drinks.
- If you miss a dose, do not take the missed dose and take the next dose at the scheduled time. Do not take two doses at once.
- If you accidentally take more than your usual dose, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

- You have previously experienced allergic symptoms such as itching or a rash from medicine or food. You are bleeding (hemophilia, capillary fragility, gastrointestinal ulcer, urinary tract bleeding, hemoptysis, vitreous hemorrhage). You are planning surgery.
