ADETPHOS KOWA ENTERIC‑COATED TABLETS 20 is an ATP‑related metabolic activator. It increases blood flow to various organs — including the brain, inner ear, heart, and stomach — and stimulates energy metabolism, leading to improved organ function. Owing to these effects, it has broad indications and is used across multiple specialties.

It may be effective for post‑head‑injury sequelae such as headache, head heaviness, and dizziness. Other indications include heart failure, eye strain (to stabilize accommodative function), and chronic gastritis with impaired gastrointestinal function.

Efficacy / effectiveness

By inducing vasodilation, it increases blood flow and enhances metabolic activity. It is typically used to improve symptoms following head trauma, to treat chronic gastritis with reduced cardiac or gastrointestinal function, and to stabilize accommodative function in accommodative eye strain.

Dosing / Administration
