Please be advised that, due to changes in Japan Post’s shipping methods, our e‑commerce free‑shipping conditions will be revised effective December 2025. Kindly review the following changes.
Change 1: Compensation for loss or damage will be eliminated.
Under the current free‑shipping scheme (as of November), compensation for loss or damage is capped at JPY 6,000. For new shipments made from December onward, no compensation for loss or damage will be available.
Therefore, if you require compensation for loss or damage, please be sure to use EMS.
Change 2: Delivery to unattended addresses will be permitted (country dependent).
Previously, signature or ID verification was required for delivery; in some countries, parcels may now be delivered even if no one is present. Please note that taxed postal items or certain destination countries may still require a signature.
For detailed information regarding the parcel, please provide the tracking number (which we will notify you of after shipment) to the destination country’s postal service and confirm the status with them.
Other notes
We will continue to issue and notify you of tracking numbers. However, in some countries (e.g., Australia) domestic tracking may be unavailable or tracking may not be possible on the destination country’s postal website. Please be aware of this limitation.
Please note that the revisions to our free‑shipping conditions are based on the terms published on Japan Post’s website (link below).
Although Japan Post’s page lists eligible destination countries, we cannot ship pharmaceuticals to countries where such items are prohibited even if they appear as eligible.
