TSUMURA 111 Seishinrenshiin is a Kampo medicine used for urinary problems such as frequent urination, a feeling of incomplete emptying, and pain during urination. It is suitable for people who are worried about needing the toilet frequently, even during the day.

Efficacy / effectiveness
It causes heat and swelling of the urinary tract, relieves pain, and improves urine output. Specifically, it is indicated for abnormal urination such as frequent urination, pain in urination, and feeling of residual urine. It is suitable for people with weak gastrointestinal tract and easy tiredness, who have neurological symptoms such as anxiety, irritability, and insomnia.
Dosing / Administration
- In general, for adults, take 7.5 g a day orally in 2 or 3 divided doses with cold or lukewarm water before or between meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to your age, body weight and symptoms. Strictly follow your instructions.
- If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if the next dose is within two hours, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. You should not take two doses at one time.
- If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
- If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.

- If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash and hives. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
In rare cases, the following symptoms may occur and could be early signs of the side effects shown in [ ].
If you notice any of these symptoms, stop using this product immediately and consult a doctor.
- Fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing [interstitial pneumonia]
- Decreased urine output, swelling of the face or limbs, heavy eyelids, stiff hands [pseudoaldosteronism]
- General fatigue, weakness in the hands and feet, muscle cramps, numbness in the hands and feet [myopathy]
- Tiredness, yellowing of the skin or the whites of the eyes [liver dysfunction]
